Clause 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 888fb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://888fb.cam and all associated services, content and features offered therein.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 888fb platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 888fb globally, including users accessing the platform from Pakistan. Users located in Pakistan should be aware that online gambling is subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. 888fb does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. This document does not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local law.

Clause 2

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 888fb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or your own local law, whichever is the greater. 888fb is strictly an adults-only platform. Use of the platform by minors is expressly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Users in Pakistan bear sole responsibility for assessing the legality of their participation under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual User may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through agents, nominees or related parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5. Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously excluded from, or have requested self-exclusion from, the Platform or any related platform operated under the same or affiliated licensing entity.
6. Own Funds: You must be depositing and wagering with funds that are legally your own. 888fb does not permit use of the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.

Clause 4

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

Users must complete the Platform's registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful, current and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. 888fb reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 888fb will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 888fb support immediately via the available support channels.

4.3 KYC Verification

888fb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with the requirements of the operator's licensing jurisdiction and applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (including, for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC, proof of address and payment method verification) before deposits, withdrawals or certain platform features are permitted.

Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved.

Clause 5

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The 888fb platform is made available solely for the personal, non-commercial use of eligible registered users for lawful online gaming and sports betting activities. Any other use is expressly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other users.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or other tools to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 888fb.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or any form of fraud against the Platform or other users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing betting limits.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

5.3 Platform Availability

888fb does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 888fb shall not be liable for losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.

Clause 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Users may fund their accounts using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to mobile wallets familiar in Pakistan such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant transfer infrastructure such as Raast, or bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to the operator's current integrations and the policies of individual payment providers.

Minimum deposit amounts apply as specified in the cashier. Where PKR is referenced contextually, a minimum of PKR 1,000 (or equivalent) is a common indicative threshold, subject to operator terms at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the User's own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and confirmation that the account is in good standing. 888fb reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times are provided as indicative estimates by the operator and may vary based on payment method, verification status and volume of requests. 888fb does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes.

6.3 Refused Transactions

888fb reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or payment method policy violations. In such cases, the Platform may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation.

Clause 7

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives offered by 888fb are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The general conditions set out in this clause apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly override them.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered through eligible games or markets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only certain game types and bet markets may contribute toward wagering requirement completion; the contribution rate per game category is specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus Funds; exceeding these limits may result in the bonus being voided.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus may be offered to new registered users who meet eligibility criteria, including minimum qualifying deposit requirements. The welcome bonus is available once per household, IP address and payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times, whether through multiple accounts or other means, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

888fb actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using platform bonuses, use of low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation. Where such patterns are identified, 888fb reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings and close the account in question.

Clause 8

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

A bet or wager is accepted by 888fb only when confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is generated. Users should not assume that a bet has been placed until confirmation is received. Bets placed during system errors, technical failures or where clearly incorrect odds have been displayed may be voided at 888fb's discretion.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, game type and the User's account status. These limits are displayed in the Platform's betting interface and cashier at the time of wagering. 888fb reserves the right to alter stake limits with or without prior notice.

8.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, abandonment of an event after the result cannot be determined, or where 888fb has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the User's account.

8.4 Sports Betting — Cricket Context

Cricket betting markets, including PSL, ICC and bilateral series matches, are subject to event-specific rules governing settlement in the event of abandonment, weather delays, reduction of overs (via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method) or other material changes to match conditions. Specific cricket market settlement rules are published in the Platform's sports betting rules section. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL or ICC are contextual only; 888fb has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement from PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket board or team.

8.5 Casino and Live Games

Casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer formats, are governed by rules specific to each game and the game provider's terms. RTP (Return to Player) values, where stated, are theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not constitute guarantees of individual session outcomes. Progressive jackpot amounts are illustrative of accumulated prize pools and may vary at the time of play.

Clause 9

Responsible Gambling

888fb is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options to assist users in managing their gambling activity.

Users are reminded that gambling carries financial risk and is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. 888fb strongly discourages chasing losses.

The Platform is accessible to adults only — 18 years of age or older, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator/license jurisdiction. The satisfaction of the minimum age requirement does not, in itself, render gambling lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

Clause 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the 888fb Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the property of 888fb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, sale, creation of derivative works from, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 888fb.

Game content, logos and mechanics provided by third-party game suppliers remain the intellectual property of the respective supplier. 888fb does not claim ownership of third-party game content hosted on the Platform.

Clause 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888fb, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling or wagering activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, account access or platform functionality due to technical errors.
• Third-party actions including payment provider refusals or delays.
• Consequences arising from the User's failure to comply with applicable local law.
• Losses arising from User error, including incorrect bet placement or missed promotional windows.

Where 888fb's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the amount actually deposited by the User in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 12

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 888fb

888fb reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other users or third parties.

During any suspension, access to deposits, withdrawals and gameplay may be frozen pending investigation. 888fb will endeavour to notify the affected User of the reason for suspension where it is operationally and legally permissible to do so.

12.2 Account Closure by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 888fb support. Prior to closure, any outstanding KYC requirements must be satisfied and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be completed or the User must consent to the forfeiture of residual Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the User via an eligible payment method, subject to verification.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of an account, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply.

Clause 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888fb holds its operating license. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the Platform's official licensing documentation available in the operator's terms section.

In the event of a dispute between a User and 888fb arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through the Platform's customer support channels. Users may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected].

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal support processes, the User may have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as provided under the operator's licensing framework. Details of applicable ADR mechanisms are provided in the Platform's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that a User may have under the law of their jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Clause 14

Amendments to These Terms

888fb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 888fb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users, which may be delivered through email notification, in-platform messaging or a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://888fb.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" dates at the top of this document indicate the version currently in force.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure as described in Clause 12.
